Cancellations

Magic Carpet Glide requires 48 hours notice for tour cancellations and tour rescheduling. We will refund the full payment amount if 48 hours notice is given.

Any guest who fails to show for a reservation, or fails to give proper notice of cancellation, will be charged the full payment amount.

Inclement Weather

Just like other vehicles, Segways are waterproof. Therefore, we can still run tours if it is damp or there is a light rain. However, if the weather fails to cooperate, and there is thunder and lightning present, we will have to cancel or discontinue the tour, and you will be refunded the full payment amount.
